REGISTER here for the final upcoming Fearless Physical Activity Events

The Canadian Congenital Heart Alliance (CCHA) is thrilled to announce the Fearless Physical Activity event series. CCHA has partnered with the CHEO's HALO Research Institute and recreational facilities in your local community to deliver Fearless Physical Activity events for children, teens, and adults living with congenital heart disease (CHD) held across Ontario in 2017. These events will offer opportunities to:

CONNECT: opportunity to network with other CHD families

DISCOVER: community resources that will help you to lead an active lifestyle

LEARN: a variety of fun physical activity opportunities to enable those living with CHD to adopt an active lifestyle without fear

Fearless Physical Activity events will be held in London, Ottawa, Thunder Bay or Sudbury and Toronto every season of the year! Individual events are designed for children (5-10 years old), youth (11-18 years old) and adults.  Families of those living with CHD are invited to join their loved ones to participate in these fun events.  All activities are designed for all levels of ability and experience.  Please feel free to register for the event that best suits your family.
